Expanded Vaccine Hotline Hours, Tools from NCDHHS to Help North Carolinians Get Vaccine Information

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services released a novel set of tools to provide increased access and visibility to accurate information about COVID-19. One of the tools includes expanded vaccine hotline hours and search tools for North Carolinians to find vaccine location sites.

Dr. Mandy Cohen, NCDHHS Secretary, said in a release, "We want North Carolinians to be able to get answers to their questions – whether that is about the vaccines and how they work, when they are eligible to take their shot, or where their spot is to get a vaccine. They can call our hotline or go to YourSpotYourShot.nc.gov and get honest information.”

The expanded North Carolina COVID-19 vaccine help center is available at 888-675-4567 Monday through Friday, from 7 am until 7 pm (Eastern), and 8 am until 4 pm (Eastern) on Saturday and Sunday.
